"At Harness we work closely with individuals, couples and families to transform their lives, relationships and homes. Our unique holistic approach works at the interface of psychology, neuroscience and client-centred therapy to create lasting tangible change. Our company is underpinned with an unwavering passion to co-create a culture of encouragement, acceptance and joy in the wider community."

Though I have spent a considerable amount of my career in medical research, growing a business, raising a family and studying psychology, I have now come to think of myself as a student of humanity, of people, and of the complex, and often challenging lives we are all trying to come to a better understanding of.

Psychotherapy is where the heart and mind best connect and thrive; this is where together, we can make the greatest impact and affect the most powerful change in your reality.

The therapy-based offering at Harness supports individuals, as well as couples and families, who may feel they have no way forward, no voice, or no safe place to connect and explore their relationship to themselves and those they love.

Ongoing professional mentoring and supervision is available for mental health care providers including therapists, counsellors, life coaches and social workers either individually or on site in a team facilitation environment.

I look forward to meeting you
