They say the best of inspirers, motivators and teachers were once the strugglers themselves. Strugglers, who fought and survived. Rose from the ashes, like a Phoenix! Your very own, Health Coach & wellness advisor, Yoga Professional - Riitu Kashyap is also one of them and here’s her part of inspiring story.

A young yoga expert and an ardent follower of a strict exercise regime, Riitu Kashyap suddenly got struck with some serious health issues and started gaining weight,tremendously.So much that her 50 kilos of well-toned body saw the fat and bulginess taking the reigns, which ended up into an unhealthy body of 109 kilos. Diseases like asthma,low BP and thyroid were making the matter even more worse. She says,“I fatigued easily due to the complexities of these diseases and my belly fat got too much to make me move around comfortably.This also had an adverse effect on my sleep cycles and I started having knee and back pain.”

Just when things not going well and she was losing both her self-confidence and hope, her parents re-introduced her to Ramesh Sokhal her former yoga guru. And then there was no looking back for her. A journey that started with practicing Yoga,later on ended up being a 900 hour trained Yoga expert. After which, she also went ahead with pursuing a course in nutrician, Health Coach & wellness advisor from USA. And soon that personal journey started giving health goals to many around her. And as they say, rest is the history!
